I do not work Squeeze, not that I put in where it says "URL to show" somebody can put here that I must write thanks in advance, I know nothing about programming

Ok,

Let's say you want to show a content item from your website. then put below
www.[yourwebsite].com/index2.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=[your article id]
